Customization:

UPGRADED Morandi Reeded Reception Desk is a custom reception desk that can leave a deep impression on the customers. The following can be customized.

  3. The combination (drawer, cabinet, sliding panel, open cube)
  4. Optional: Flexible LED strips are always added to the skirting for better decoration

Production time is around 10 days. 50% deposit by bank transfer to start formal production, and 50% balance by credit card (If over 50% design changed like new design, all should be bank transfer.) after HD production pictures/ video sent to QC before delivery. 
Customized desk is nearly impossible to sell to other clients. If you are not sure the final work, we offer 3D design service $150 with 1~2 small small edits for free. 
Please note customized work can not be cancelled after formal production starts or returned except big quality issues! All are covered with insurance, please check outside package & inside desk (easily open by unscrewing the top panel of wood box ) if any damage before sign with video or picture proof so that insurance can cover the delivery damage if any!

 

DELIVERY

Free shipping to door for most Australia area & southeast countries with tax covered, EU/ USA/ CA/ WEST Asia/ New Zealand is free shipping to Port, to door freight is listed in checkout page after address filled. Or contact us with sizes & address zip, together with custmized service.
  • Processing time: 1~3 days if in stock, 7~15 days to make if no stock;

  • Delivery time: if delivered from AU Or USA warehouse, it takes 2~6 days. If delivered from China factory, it takes 1~3 weeks to Southeast Asia ;3~6 weeks to West Asia/ Oceania; 5~7 weeks to EU/ America/ Africa. Accurate time show by check out or contact us with address. 

  • Delivery to door:  Delivery personnel will present goods inside the delivery vehicle. Customer is responsible for unloading & move in. It is $65 for Australia countries. Suggest to buy this service for larger items, like more than 1.2m long reception counters. 

  • Others: For some countries, Companies receiving goods must provide a scanned copy of their business license; personal goods must provide a scanned copy of their passport or ID card. Like Australia (except shipped from Melbourne warehouse), Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia.
Please check the package if any defects or damage before signing. If yes, please take clear evidence pictures before open the package and check the goods, and take more evidence pictures if products damaged, too. 
Then sign for the parcel with damage remark, take picture of the receipts and contact us as soon as possible, not over 7 days MAX

Quality Disclaimer

Even M2 Reception desk is well protected inside & outter package, the painting finish is inevitable a little damage during package & unpackage and delivery. There is painting repair cream inside the drawer, please contact us for repair guide image or video. If you are very picky to high end permier finish everywhere and can not accept any damage especially just mentioned, please do not buy it. Because this small damage is not accepted for return, please note.

1. Is this reception desk in stock?
Yeap, it is our sales NO. 1 Desk. Normally we stock 1.2m/3.9ft, 1.5m/4.9ft, 1.8m/5.9ft white in USA California & AU Melbourne warehouse. Contact us for latest stock for all items.


2. Do I need to assemble the reception desk?
It is fully assembled, just use it out of the wood box.


3. Can I customize its size or color?
Yeap, sizes listed are hot sales and normally stock in USA or AU. If customized made, it needs to be made in China, which takes around 10 days, like marble stone desktop, size is suggested to be 1~3m (3'~10'). Suggest offering Pantone color code for customized color.

 

4. Is there any other fee during delivery?
Price on website is free shipping to Australia 's main cities and USA California warehouse. Please send your city with zip to check if there is any remote fee for AU clients and the local truck freight for USA clients if needs door service.
Please note it is curbside delivery without unloading service. Customer is responsible for unloading to ground & move in. It is $65 for Australia countries to unload to ground. Suggest buying this service for larger items, like reception counters, display cabinets, etc.
If you are not available to receive goods or can not arrange unloading, it will be returned to warehouse, which will cause extra costs paid from your side, M2 Retail will inform you around 3~7 days before arrival. For more details, please check our shipping policy.

It looks great!! We will have to add sone legs underneath as it’s sitting a bit low. Probably another 10-15cm in height so we don’t have to bend.
Also top section I will get some glass made as it does scratch easy but apart from that very happy.
