Warranty Policy

DEFINITION

Purchaser means any person who buys products from M2 Retail OFFICIAL retail channels.

M2 Retail Service means the service operations carried out by the team or personnel designated by M2 Retail to fulfill the responsibility of providing support to M2 Retail customers.

WARRANTY

M2 Retail offers this non-transferable limited Warranty service for the sole benefit of the Purchaser. The Purchaser is not entitled to assign any of his/her rights under this Warranty or transfer any of his/her obligations to another individual. M2 Retail reserves all the rights for the final explanation of this Warranty, and, at its own discretion, can opt to modify or revise the Warranty. 

WARRANTY CLAIM

 To be eligible to make a claim under this Warranty, the Purchaser must:

 Register the purchased product on M2 Retail OFFICIAL website within 30 days from the date of the original retail purchase;

 Please contact M2 Retail Service should any questions or problems arise.

WARRANTY PERIOD

 The warranty period for the purchased M2 Retail product commences on the same date of the original retail purchase of that M2 Retail product and expires at the end of the applicable period set below:

 All products are under a 180 day warranty, with transformers & wires having a 1-year warranty. If you’re having trouble or think your product is acting up, get in touch with us as soon as possible and we’ll make it right. 

SCOPE OF WARRANTY

 This Warranty applies to, and only to, the M2 Retail product that is purchased from M2 Retail OFFICIAL retail channels, used by the original retail Purchaser under normal working conditions, and whose details are recorded in and consistent with M2 Retail Product Warranty Database.

 M2 Retail products are warranted against any and all defects and deficiencies in material or workmanship under normal working conditions. M2 Retail, at its own discretion, can opt to repair, replace or issue a refund for products that are determined to be defective through normal use, or that have been damaged during shipment. 

REFUNDS

M2 Retail offers a limited refund service during the applicable period set below:

 A: 30 days from the same date of the original retail purchase; or

 B: 7 days from the date of the original retail arrived, for large items, like standard reception desks. See M2 Retail Refund Policy here.

 Tip:All of our customized items are not allow to return especially because of clients' side. Because it is difficult to sell to others even if they are in original perfect status.

Because of this, we aren’t able to offer refunds on the following products:

  • Customized display cabinets
  • Customized Logo & Lightboxes & display units.
  • Other Customized Items.

LIMITATIONS

  A: This Warranty does not cover any product that has been subject to misuse, abuse (including but not limited to overloading of the product beyond capacity, and immersion in water or other liquid), neglect, negligence, or accident, or that has been assembled, operated, or stored in any way contrary to the instructions as specified in the operator's manual.

 B: This Warranty does not apply to any damage to the product that is the result of improper maintenance or to any product that has been altered or modified.

C: This Warranty does not extend to repairs or replacement made necessary by normal wear or by the use of tools, parts or accessories which are either incompatible with M2 Retail product or adversely affect its operation, performance, or durability.

 D: This Warranty does not cover wear items or parts, such as, but not limited to, wheels, blades, trimmer heads, spools, guide bars, saw chains, nozzles, filters, augers and straps.

 E: This Warranty does not cover accessories.

 F: This Warranty does not require M2 Retail to repair or replace a M2 Retail product used for trade, rental, or professional purposes.

 G: This Warranty does not cover normal deterioration of the exterior finish due to use or exposure, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint chips, and any corrosion or discoloring by heat, abrasive or chemical cleaners.

 H: This Warranty does not require M2 Retail to repair or replace a M2 Retail product if the Purchaser has been refunded any monies or amount paid for that M2 Retail product or an amount equal to the value of any other consideration paid for that M2 Retail product.

 I: This Warranty does not apply to any product purchased or obtained by any individual from any retail channel, entity, or organization NOT authorized by M2 Retail.
