The Astar Large Lobby Reception Desk is a popular customer reception desk, usually as a beauty salon reception desk and spa reception desk. That is because it has a modern design and can be the best decoration for your beauty salon or spa store.

Please be aware that the colors of our reception desks come with default color codes. Due to variations in display screens, the colors you see on your screen may differ slightly from the actual product. Such color differences are normal and to be expected.

If you have specific color requirements, please provide us with the Pantone color code.

Customization:

Astar Large Lobby Reception Desk is a custom reception desk that can leave a deep impression on the customers. The following can be customized.

  1. The colors
  2. The width
  3. The combination (drawer, cabinet, sliding panel, open cube)
  4. Optional: Flexible LED strips are always added to the skirting for better decoration

Production time is around 10 days. 50% deposit by bank transfer to start formal production, and 50% balance by credit card (If over 50% design changed like new design, all should be bank transfer.) after HD production pictures/ video sent to QC before delivery. 
Customized desk is nearly impossible to sell to other clients. If you are not sure the final work, we offer 3D design service $150 with 1~2 small small edits for free. 
Please note customized work can not be cancelled after formal production starts or returned except big quality issues! All are covered with insurance, please check outside package & inside desk (easily open by unscrewing the top panel of wood box ) if any damage before sign with video or picture proof so that insurance can cover the delivery damage if any!

DELIVERY

Free shipping to door for most Australia area & southeast countries with tax covered, EU/ USA/ CA/ WEST Asia/ New Zealand is free shipping to Port, to door freight is listed in checkout page after address filled. Or contact us with sizes & address zip, together with custmized service.
  • Processing time: 1~3 days if in stock, 7~15 days to make if no stock;

  • Delivery time: if delivered from AU Or USA warehouse, it takes 2~6 days. If delivered from China factory, it takes 1~3 weeks to Southeast Asia ;3~6 weeks to West Asia/ Oceania; 5~7 weeks to EU/ America/ Africa. Accurate time show by check out or contact us with address. 

  • Delivery to door:  Delivery personnel will present goods inside the delivery vehicle. Customer is responsible for unloading & move in. It is $65 for Australia countries. Suggest to buy this service for larger items, like more than 1.2m long reception counters. 

  • Others: For some countries, Companies receiving goods must provide a scanned copy of their business license; personal goods must provide a scanned copy of their passport or ID card. Like Australia (except shipped from Melbourne warehouse), Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia.
Please check the package if any defects or damage before signing. If yes, please take clear evidence pictures before open the package and check the goods, and take more evidence pictures if products damaged, too. 
Then sign for the parcel with damage remark, take picture of the receipts and contact us as soon as possible, not over 7 days MAX
