1. Not sure how to suit my store?

2. Do I need to assemble the cabinets?
All are fully assembled cabinets, except Eos Wall Bay - disassembled at Solution C, there is picture menu with video to guide you and it also saves you lots of freight.

3. Can I customize the solution according to my store?
Yeap, of course. Just send us your store size with your favoriate design, we can adjust and offer the same standard solution.

4. 200cm LED Sign? how to calculate it, my sign is not very long.
200cm is calculated by each letter' s MAX length. It is suggested 15~25cm H each letter. Just send us your sign file, our team will offer you the best solution with sizes marked.

5. I do not like some of the items in the solution.
It' s okey, just tell us which one you do not like and your favoriate styles. We will adjust the solution special for you in the same discount standard.

6. USA quick line is 5%~15% more expensive than the normal line, is it worthy?
Quick line is shipped by Maston to long beach, California which takes 12~15 days to arrive, with Maston' s own port. So its arrival time is 90% stable, except covid issues or customs check the containers. Even it is only 10 days quicker than normal line (1~2 weeks delayed sometimes), but it is stable. If your opening day is confirmed and can not be delayed, highly suggest to choose quick line. Our solutioin is less than half of the local price, so it is worthy in this situation.

7. How to know my location price, like Zip 90~92?
Regarding to USA area, it is mainly local track freight is different according to zip. Zip 90~92 means if your zip code belong to 90xxx ~ 92xxx, then total cost to door is belong to this location.

8. My store is not in the downtown listed in Australia, where is your warehouse location?
There are 5 warehouse locations, it is free to door if within 30km from Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane warehouse and within 20km from Adelaide & Fremantle warehouse.
