  • Processing time: 1~3 days if in stock, 7~15 days to make if no stock;

  • Delivery time: if delivered from AU Or USA warehouse, it takes 2~6 days. If delivered from China factory, it takes 1~3 weeks to Southeast Asia ;3~6 weeks to West Asia/ Oceania; 5~7 weeks to EU/ America/ Africa. Accurate time show by check out or contact us with address. 

  • Delivery to door:  Delivery personnel will present goods inside the delivery vehicle. Customer is responsible for unloading & move in. It is $65 for Australia countries. Suggest to buy this service for larger items, like more than 1.2m long reception counters. 

  • Others: For some countries, Companies receiving goods must provide a scanned copy of their business license; personal goods must provide a scanned copy of their passport or ID card. Like Australia (except shipped from Melbourne warehouse), Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia.
Please check the package if any defects or damage before signing. If yes, please take clear evidence pictures before open the package and check the goods, and take more evidence pictures if products damaged, too.

1. Is its desktop all gold stainless steel?

2. Is there an LED decoration under the desktop? I saw it from some review pictures.
Those LED Strips are added by client or customized to add. Cost is around $50, please contact us if needed to add from M2 Retail.


3. I like this Gold desk very much, and also like the reception wall, maybe some display cabinets and sofa or table. Could you offer some suggestions ?

4. Is there any other fee during delivery?
Price on website is free shipping to Australia 's main cities and USA California warehouse. Please send your city with zip to check if there is any remote fee for AU clients and the local truck freight for USA clients if needs door service.
Please note it is curbside delivery without unloading service. Customer is responsible for unloading to ground & move in. It is $65 for Australia countries to unload to ground. Suggest buying this service for larger items, like reception counters, display cabinets, etc.
If you are not available to receive goods or can not arrange unloading, it will be returned to warehouse, which will cause extra costs paid from your side, M2 Retail will inform you around 3~7 days before arrival. For more details, please check our shipping policy.

AMAZING!!! We will order from them again

We ordered it in pink color in 94", the results are AMAZING! we just opened our store and it looks amzing. The warehouse is very close to our store, so we pick up by ourselves, it is really very big and heavy. I would happily order from them again.

It took me forever to find a reception desk that I liked, but this is it. I love the look of it! There is not any assembling work, they unloaded the wood package to the ground, my people moved it in the store, 3~4 men.

A Nightmare for me

please check the pictures they sent me, it is really too small when we receive the desk, the screen can not even fit !!! and it cost me $1280!!! They did not say it can not be returned. NOW they said it can not be returned because color is customized. I AM SO ANGRY to it !!!!

GREAT DESK! I HAVE TWO OF THEM!

All I can say is it is wonderful!!!! I bought 2 for my spa stores, and they worked perfect and great quality, so beauty design. Really, for the price, you get top notch! Even there is freight discount to buy 2 sets, but Our store are far away from M2' s warehosue and the local freight is too high, so we pick up by our own logistic. Next time, we will buy reception desk with other store cabinets & chandelier lighting. Highly recommended!
