Stage 1. The Brief
Initial discussions with the client allow us to understand the scope, size and timings of the project. They also allow us to get to know the client on a personal level and understand what they wish to achieve.
Stage 2. The Proposal
A tailored fee proposal for the project is presented, outlining costs and proposed works.
Stage 3. Design & Specification
Working closely with the client, designer and contractors a lighting concept is developed and detailed lighting plans created. Technical information to support the design is produced along with a specification of appropriate lighting and control products.
Stage 4. Procurement & Delivery
Having sourced the most appropriate lighting and control products, we are available to co-ordinate all aspects of the procurement and delivery process. Most lighting will be installed and tested in our retail cabinets before package, the ceiling lighting will be re-packaged seperately with installation drawings, M2 can liaise with on-site contractors for installation if needed.
Stage 5. Commissioning
The final and most important stage is to commission the lighting scheme; ensuring the lighting is as designed and, where necessary, the control system is programmed to create mood and atmosphere. Please offer us on site video and picture for M2 after installation.
