Please buy this service in advance if there is no lift service nearby and goods is over 100kg. Unloading Service to ground only, if it needs move in service, please contact us or dispatcher for extra cost.
1. large package is delivered by side open truck normally (see products pictures), not tail lift truck, especially in AU.
2. It needs at least 4 men to carry large package over 100kg, normally 25kg/ man labor. Because AU driver can not charge on site, there may be Re-delivery (local to local) cost $75 AUD if you can not handle unloading by yourselves.
If not confirmed in time, it may be returned to our AU warehouse, and causes double local delivery freight. Please note.
3. For size over 2m or weight over 200kg, not suggested hand unload to avoid accidence like falling down which will be responsible by client' s side.
Free shipping to door for most Australia area & southeast countries with tax covered, UK/EU/USA..... New Zealand is free shipping to Port, UK warehouse does not offer warehouse pickup, to door freight is listed in checkout page after address filled. Or contact us with sizes & address zip, together with custmized service.
- Processing time: 1~3 days if in stock, 7~15 days to make if no stock;
- Delivery time: if delivered from AU Or USA warehouse, it takes 2~6 days. If delivered from China factory, it takes 1~3 weeks to Southeast Asia ;3~6 weeks to West Asia/ Oceania; 5~7 weeks to EU/ America/ Africa. Accurate time show by check out or contact us with address.
- Delivery to door: Delivery personnel will present goods inside the delivery vehicle. Customer is responsible for unloading & move in. It is $65 for Australia countries. Suggest to buy this service for larger items, like more than 1.2m long reception counters.
- Others: For some countries, Companies receiving goods must provide a scanned copy of their business license; personal goods must provide a scanned copy of their passport or ID card. Like Australia (except shipped from Melbourne warehouse), Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia.
Please check the package if any defects or damage before signing. If yes, please take clear evidence pictures before open the package and check the goods, and take more evidence pictures if products damaged, too.
Then sign for the parcel with damage remark, take picture of the receipts and contact us as soon as possible, not over 7 days MAX.

Regarding orders:
For size, style, quantity, address, phone number, etc., please contact M2 to make changes within 24H of payment. Any fees incurred after this period will be the responsibility of the buyer (changing address during shipment may incur fees of around $200-$400).
Regarding color differences:
Please note that the received products may exhibit some color variations due to differences in effect images, actual photographs, and production batches. For precise color matching, kindly provide us with the Pantone color code, brand with model, or a sample. Additional customization fees may apply.
Regarding Self-pickup:
Contact M2 to book a date before picking up the goods. M2 will provide a Pickup Authorization file once the date is confirmed.
Regarding Storage:
For direct shipping from China, goods must be delivered within 1-3 days after customs clearance to avoid high port storage fees (e.g. AUD$200/day in Australia, USD$8/board/day in the US). The logistics company will contact the client when goods are near the destination port. Prompt communication is appreciated.
Regarding Delivery:
Client will be contacted for delivery or given a logistics tracking number by the truck company before local delivery. Please answer calls and avoid rejecting unfamiliar ones. If a 2nd delivery is necessary due to client reasons, such as inability to unload or not available to receive the goods, related fees ( $150 - $300 USD ) must be paid before arranging delivery.
Regarding Signature:
Never sign the Bill of Lading before checking. M2 & Insurance company will pay delivery damages if the client takes clear photos of packages & goods, notes damage on the bill of lading, and reports to m2-retail within 48 H. Failure to comply may result in a rejected insurance claim and both M2 and the client share half of the after-sales losses within 7 days after delivery. If damages are reported 7 days after delivery, the client will be responsible for any delivery damages.
