Free shipping to door for most Australia area & southeast countries with tax covered, EU/ USA/ CA/ WEST Asia/ New Zealand is free shipping to Port, to door freight is listed in checkout page after address filled. Or contact us with sizes & address zip, together with custmized service.
  • Processing time: 1~3 days if in stock, 7~15 days to make if no stock;

  • Delivery time: if delivered from AU Or USA warehouse, it takes 2~6 days. If delivered from China factory, it takes 1~3 weeks to Southeast Asia ;3~6 weeks to West Asia/ Oceania; 5~7 weeks to EU/ America/ Africa. Accurate time show by check out or contact us with address. 

  • Delivery to door:  Delivery personnel will present goods inside the delivery vehicle. Customer is responsible for unloading & move in. It is $65 for Australia countries. Suggest to buy this service for larger items, like more than 1.2m long reception counters. 

  • Others: For some countries, Companies receiving goods must provide a scanned copy of their business license; personal goods must provide a scanned copy of their passport or ID card. Like Australia (except shipped from Melbourne warehouse), Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia.
Please check the package if any defects or damage before signing. If yes, please take clear evidence pictures before open the package and check the goods, and take more evidence pictures if products damaged, too. 
Then sign for the parcel with damage remark, take picture of the receipts and contact us as soon as possible, not over 7 days MAX.

Beautiful desk

It took me more than 2 weeks to make a decision to decide, buy it locally or wait such a long time. I gave up the order when it says 35~45 day for delivery and Haimi said no stock which needed around 10 days to make. My god, so nearly 60 days. But it is really such nice design, quality is worthy for $2,000 USD. Next time, I will try west union or bank transfer payment. Paypal fee is too expensive, I trust you, Haimi.

Great Value, no need to assemble, Looks Great

I was a bit concerned to buy it because very little reviews and around 50 days to arrive me. However after receiving and put in my store, I’m very impressed and satisfied. it' s less than $2000 to get such nice design and qualitied reception, just it really waits for long time. Hope you can grow quickly and have warehouse in USA soon!

Very sturdy and beautiful!!!!

This is my favorite piece I couldn't be more happy with this desk. And it is already assembed, so all is smoothly, just wait for a long time. All my colleague love it so much. Anyway, you may consider to offer more disassembled desk, freight is really high now. We can assemble on site, too. I will buy more from you, promise!!

We love this reception desk!

We love this reception desk! It came already built which was awesome cause none of us are great at assembling furniture. Peter and his assistant were great at communicating. I even originally put the wrong address and they made sure it came to the correct address. Great quality!
